In 1778, a Lichfield watchmaker made the pocket watch that inspired ours. Stripling & Co watches are still built by hand in England. Our dials are made in Worcestershire and our cases are assembled in Lincoln. Inside each one, a hand-wound movement beats just as it did in 1778.
